The Bastian Chops

4 thick, boneless pork chops
1 pkg pork stove top stuffing
1 chopped apple
1 c. craisins
2 T. butter
4 T. brown sugar

Line a casserole dish with foil. Slice pork chops in half (leaving one side connected to make a pocket). Mix up stuffing and put the apple chunks and craisins into it. Stuff the pork chops with the stuffing mixture and place in foil-lined baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Once pork is cooked, take out and put on the butter/brown sugar mixture. Put back in the oven a broil until golden.
