Ingredients:
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. blueberries
Topping:
1 cube butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
Directions:
Heat oven to 375, grease 2 round cake pans. Blend all ingredients except blueberries and topping. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds and fold in gently the blueberries. Divide batter and spread in two pans. Sprinkle topping over batter and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with cool whip or ice cream.
