Dixie's Traditional Christmas Ice Cream Roll

10 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup flour
½ cup cocoa

Separate egg whites, beat until stiff peaks. 
 Beat egg yolks and add dry ingredients. 
Fold into stiff egg white and bake in greased pan with parchment paper greased and floured.
Roll up in damp towel after taken from oven and cool in fridge or freezer. 
Cut up ice cream and add to roll, leaving room at one end to start rolling.
Spread roll back up and freeze again before serving.
