3 Ingredient Mints

Alli Louthain

3 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
3 cups powder sugar

1-blend the cream cheese and mint
2-gradually add sugar
3-add food coloring if desired
4-I pinched off small amounts and rolled them into balls the size of a pea. I have seen people use cool shaped molds...either way you set them out overnight to dry and enjoy!
