Dixie's Pizza Crust

2 cups of quite warm milk (or 2/3 cup powdered milk and almost 2 cups of water)
1 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbl. oil
1 Tbl. yeast
4-5 cups of flour

Mix well on bread hook, add flour until dough is only slightly tacky to the touch. Divide dough in two and shape into balls. Let rise five-ten minutes. Knead, toss, roll, poke. Prebake crust at 425 for five minutes. After placement of toppings, bake ten to fifteen minutes until cheese is light brown. Mangia!

I didn't know to click exactly on the thumb! Anyway, this looks great-I'll try it the very next time I make pizza! Just because I don't comment on this blog doesn't mean I don't thoroughly enjoy it by the way!

Heather:
Thanks for entering the contest on my blog today. I can't believe all the snow you have had. The pictures on Steph's blog were unreal.

P.S. Please tell Noelle thank you for entering my contest. I tried to reply back to her message but she must have a protected blog. How is the weather these days? Did the snow melt yet?
