Arica's SOFT gingersnaps

Cream:
1.5 cups margerine
2 cups sugar

Add:
2 eggs (beat well after each)
1/2 cup molasses

Mix in:
5 cups flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1.5 tsp. cloves

Form:
into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar, flatten with cup, then:

Bake:
Bake at 350 for
4 min. 15 sec lower rack
4 min 15 sec upper rack
*this is important. Just do it.
