Cranberry Apricot Relish

Ellie and Bryan passed on this delicious relish recipe that we ate twice over the Christmas break. It's a new favorite and oh so easy. :)

1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
1 (6 oz) bag dried apricots (chopped)
2 cups orange juice
1 ¼ cup sugar
½ cup water

Heat all the above to a boil and then simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over ham.
