Whenever we go to Michigan, Natalie always has a fabulous new recipe to show us. Over Easter it was this delicious salad. Trust me, it's excellent!
Romaine, cut into bite size pieces
Strawberries, sliced
Walnuts, chopped and candied
Vinagrette:
1/2 c oil
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
